I had been cruising the online postings to see the benefits, and withdrawal symptoms other people are having at or around day 10 of not smoking. I am a little disappointed in the gaps of information on this journey. For example- they have 20 minutes, 12 hours, 24 hours, 3 days etc. Then poof they jump to 2-4 weeks. Every day without smoking is in itself a victory. I want to reach others with support through this journey. Its not that I have a desire to go back, but the “habit” is still addressed daily. Please post your experience- and try to keep it positive!
